GoSocial is a pre-launch product in active beta testing. Features, pricing, data and content may change, break or disappear while we build.

By using the site you accept that you are testing unfinished software and that it is not intended for business-critical use.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, response times, accuracy or performance during the beta period.

We may add, modify, suspend, limit or revoke access to any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including individual beta accounts.

If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports or suggestions, you grant GoSocial a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, adapt and commercialise that feedback without any obligation or payment to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSocial is not liable for any data loss, corruption, missed events, service disruption, downtime or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the beta.

Keep your own copy of anything important. Beta data may be reset.

Organise and attend events lawfully and respectfully. We may remove events, groups, posts or accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines.
